21. Package boxes

Generally, we only offer neutral package box. If customers want to use the package boxes with your design and LOGO, requirements are as follows:

1. The minimum quantity: 2000pcs each model.
2. Customers make the design, send us the original design sketch, then we produce the package boxes.
3. Customers authorize us to use the LOGO, formal files are a must, and customers’ signature and company seal are needed.
4. Customers need to pay one-off the printing cost of 2000pcs package boxes. We deduct the printing cost from the total payment before sending the goods. If goods sent in batch, we will return the printing cost of the package boxes which are used for this batch.
5. If the size and material of package boxes you required are similar to our current ones, we will charge 5RMB/pc.
21. User manual

Our company offer neutral user manual in CD, Chinese, English, Japanese for options.

1. If customers need user manual in other language, we send user manual in English, then customers translate into the one you want and send us after confirming, then we put your language user manual in the CD. (Minimum quantity: 50pcs each model)
2. If customers need user manual in the form of paper, the requirements are as follows:
   1. The minimum quantity: 2000pcs each model.
   2. Customer design the user manual format, send us after confirming, then we print.
   3. Customers need to prepay the printing cost of 2000pcs user manuals, we will deduct all the fee from the total payment before delivering the goods. If deliver goods in batches, we will return the fee of the user manual which are used for this batch.

C.   If the user manuals you require are similar to ours, we will charge 3RMB/pc.

21. Printing logo on products

Our company offer neutral products without LOGO. If customers need products with LOGO, the requirements are as follows:

1. The minimum quantity: 2000pcs each model.
2. Customers need to provide us with formal authority o use your LOGO.
3. We provide fee laser printing for LOGO.
4. The LOGO should be simple English letters.
21. Making certificates

Our company has CE FCC ROHS certificates. If customers need making your company’s certificates, the requirement is as below:

1. Company must be canonical, all the information must be ready.
2. Minimum quantity: 3000pcs each model, goods can be delivered in batches, but the first time must be more than 1000pcs.
3. Customers should be in charge of the fee of making certificates, our company will apply for you.
4. During making certificates, customers cannot simulate other products to ours, if this is found, you should bear legal liability.

Remark
If the order is 500pcs above, customers should prepay at least 30% deposit, then pay the balance before delivery made.
More detailed charges will depend on the detailed requirements of customers.
All requirements should be confirmed in the form of contract, valid after signing and chopping.
