l  Operation
u  Insert Card
Please insert SD card or /TF card into card slot before opening; The machine will be automatically off after blue light and red light blinking quickly for 15 seconds, if it is opened without a memory card. 
u  Switch on
Please short press power on/off button under the power off status, then blue light and red light keep on. After finishing initialization, blue light is off, red light keeps on, it is under the recording standby mode. 
 Attention: Under standby mode, the machine will be automatically off if no any operation within 1 minute.。
u  Recording
Under the recording standby mode, short press power on/off once, red light blinks slowly, it enters into recording mode; Short press record button once again, red light keeps on, the file is saved and it is back to the recording standby mode. If need continuous recording, just repeat above operation.
Attention: When it is recording continuously, a file is saved per 5 minutes by the system.
u  Taking Photo
Under the recording standby mode, short press the Mode switch button once, red light if off and blue light keeps on, it enters into taking photo mode; Short press power on/off once, blue light blinks once, it indicates a photo is saved and back to the photo standby mode, If you want to take photo again, just repeat the above operation.
u  Take audio alone
Under photo standby mode, press the Mode switch button once, red light & blue light keep on , it will turn into audio standby mode. Short press the power on/off button one time, blue light keeps on while red light is blinking, it starts to take audio alone. Press the power on/off button again, the audio file is saved and back to standby audio alone mode. If need taking audio again, just repeat the above operation.
Attention: When it is taking audio continuously, an audio file is saved per 15 minutes by the system.
u  Working while being charged
Under power off mode, connect the device with power charger, red light keeps blinking, it is charging; Under the charging mode, long press the mode switch, red light keeps on, it enters into the recording standby mode, at this moment, you could operate it as normal to record, take photo and take audio alone.
 
Attention: If it is working while charging without pressing long press mode switch, the machine indicator light will blinks, it is charging, red light will keep on after finishing charging.
u  Night vision light
Under any mode or standby mode after switching on, if need night vision light, long press switch button, yellow light keeps on, night vision function is opened; Long press switch button again, yellow light is off, night vision function is closed.
u  Switch off
Long push power on/off button at any mode, all lights turn off and the device will be off; Or press the Mode switch button & the power on /off button for several seconds to switch off by resetting.
Attention: Under the recording video mode, the file cannot be saved if push switch button & power on/off button to reset if for switching off .Kindly suggest to switch off by long press power on/off button at standby mode.
 
u  Charging
1 ) Via computer: Under power off or standby mode, charge the device via a usb cable to connect your computer, then the red light of the indicator is blinking, shows it is charging ; When the red light keeps on, it is finished.
2) Via the charger: Under power off mode, use the usb cable to connect to the charger, when they are power on, now the red light of machine is blinking, while green light and red light of the charger keep on, it is charging. When it is full, red light of the charger keeps on while green light is off.
Attention: Under the low electricity, red light and blue light keep blinking quickly, after 15 seconds the machine will be off automatically after saving the video file .
u  Playback video
After finishing the video, under the power on mode, connect the camera to computer via USB cable and play back video on computer. Please make sure there is playback software in the computer before connecting.
 
u  Setting time
Time display can be showed on the video and photos, you can reset the time as follows:
According to the format “20120203121405 Y”, Edit the file named “TIMERSET”, then copy it to the root of the disk of the camera. When starting the camera again next time, the time will be reset.
 
 No need of time display:
According to the format of “20120203121405 N”, edit the file named “TIMERSET”, then copy it to the root of the disk of the camera. When starting the camera again next time, the time display will be closed.
Attention: When time set is without watermark, the video file can’t show time display, the photo shows time display normally.
 
u  Used as Web camera
Insert the user manual CD into computer, find and install the web camera driver STK03N.exe, under power-on mode ，press switch button without moving, then connect the camera via USB cable to computer, a webcam icon appears, you can loosen the switch button, then click the icon to use it as a webcam.
l  Attention
1)     If it’ s low electricity while recording, the device will save the data after the red light and blue light blinks quickly , then power off automatically.
2)     When taking video continually, the system will automatically generate a new video file after each operation.  
3)     Make sure insert the SD card into the slot before use, if no card, the device will power off antomatically in 15 seconds. If no card before power on, it’s easy to go dead.   
4)     Connect to computer: the time for computer with different system or configuration to identify the hardware is slightly different. During this period, please wait for a moment. If computer can’t identify, please make sure your operating system, drivers and USB interface cable in good work order, then connect again.
5)     Under a bright environment, keep camera vertical, stable and keep certain distance from the scene you want to record in order to achieve a best effect .
6)     As the device has built-in high-capacity polymer lithium battery, so it has a memory effect .We advise in the first 5 times of usage, charge the battery fully after the battery is out of use, so that the battery can work with its max working hours perfectly.

Under power on mode, connect the camera to computer via USB cable and play back video on computer. Press the remote control on/off button, the blue light will be on, then the removable disk symbol will appear, you can play the video in your computer. Please make sure there is playback software in the computer before connecting.
u  Setting time
When playback the video file, the device will show the recording time on the right corner of video. Please set time as follows:
1)     Insert the user manual CD into the computer
2)     Click update time tool”WriteTime.exe”
3)     Click “Update”, the time will be the same as your computer
4)     If you want to change the time, just adjust the time of computer
u  Use as a Web Camera
The camera can be use as web camera. Before using it please install the STK02N 2.0.exe which is included in the user manual CD.
Under power on model, connect the camera to computer; then it can be used as a web camera.
Note: as this web camera driver has no automatic uninstalling function, when installing this driver for even times, the system will default to uninstall the driver, then the device will remove some driver files, so that web camera can not be used, when this happens, please reinstall the driver, it will work again.
l  Attention
1)     When recording, if power is low, the blue light flashes quickly, the system will save the video firstly, then turn off automatically.
2)     When taking video continually, the system will automatically generate a new video file after each operation.
3)     When memory is full, the blue light will flash quickly and turn off, and the video will be saved automatically before switching off.
4)     Please keep the camera in brighter environment, to maintain the camera vertical and stable, and keep the review within a certain distance to obtain better effect.
5)     Connected to the computer: the time for computer with different system or configuration to identify the hardware is slightly different. During this period, please wait for a moment. If computer can’t identify, please make sure your operating system, drivers and USB interface cable in good work order, then connect again.
